Washington Elementary School District’s health insurance package includes medical, prescription and $20,000 of basic life Insurance.
The District offers two plans, the Traditional and HDHP/HSA plans.To determine which plan is right for you, please reference the documents posted below. Options under each plan include single coverage (for you, the employee only), family coverage (for you, the employee, and your eligible dependents) and dual spouse coverage. (Applies when both husband and wife are eligible employees of the District and the family has at least one additional dependent.)Selecting Medical Coverage
There are a number of things to consider before selecting a health plan. Keep in mind, one plan is not better than another; each plan simply offers different benefits. You are encouraged to use the resources on Employee Self-Service and SharePoint to help you. select a plan.Useful Links
Need to view your past Explanation of Benefits? Print or order a replacement medical card? You can do so on the MyMeritain Web site. First-time users will need to "Create a New User Account." Please have your card available when creating a new account.
