Worker's Compensation
-
Washington Elementary School District understands that incidents happen and workers’ compensation is a “no‐fault” system in which an employee can receive medical and possible compensation benefits no matter who caused the job related incident.
If an employee is involved in a work related medical incident it is the employees responsibility to make sure his or her incident or injury is reported to his or her supervisor, health service office if one is at the site, and risk management within 24 hours of the incident or injury.
For additional information about workers’ compensation, the procedures and forms that are needed, and the Districts return to work program please click on the links below.
Any questions concerning workers’ compensation please contact Human Resources at 602-347-2691.
