About Richard E. Miller

Richard E. Miller Elementary School offers a wide range of services for students and parents including gifted, special education, integrated instruction and family-oriented activities. We believe that it is the responsibility of the school to challenge all students to their fullest potential.
At Richard E. Miller, we are also committed to working with parents to ensure that our students are not only prepared academically, but socially as well. We strongly encourage parents to become involved in our PTO and Site Council.

WESD Celebrates 2024-2025 School Letter Grades
The WESD proudly celebrates its strong academic performance in 2024–2025, with 11 “A” schools, 18 “B” schools, significant grade improvements across 10 schools and a District-wide “B” letter grade, marking continued growth and excellence.

Students and employees at Arroyo School, Cactus Wren Elementary School, Sunset Elementary School and the Academic Services Department were surprised by Assistant Superintendent Dr. Lyn Bailey for their commitment to education!
