The mission of the Safety and Security Department is to assist District administrators and staff in maintaining a safe and secure environment conducive
to teaching and learning by enforcing Governing Board policies, department regulations
and Arizona State statutes, when applicable.
The Safety and Security Department is divided into three
divisions:

Security Department also facilitates a District Crisis Team, which includes
members from departments and schools from around the District.
