About Moon Mountain

Moon Mountain, offers a learning environment rich with differentiated instruction through the use of Multiple Intelligences strategies for preschool - sixth grade students. A strong school-wide citizenship program also helps students build a sense of personal responsibility for safe learning environment. In addition to our comprehensive academic program, we provide music, art and PE to all students.
Moon Mountain offers extensive services to students with special needs, including a special needs preschool. We have high expectations for our students in the areas of academics, behavior and motivation.

WESD Celebrates 2024-2025 School Letter Grades
The WESD proudly celebrates its strong academic performance in 2024–2025, with 11 “A” schools, 18 “B” schools, significant grade improvements across 10 schools and a District-wide “B” letter grade, marking continued growth and excellence.
