On February 22, 2024, the Governing Board approved new 2024-2025 teacher salaries of $53,000-$83,950, including performance pay of $3,000 approx. The first year teacher salary includes the BEGIN Mentorship program of $810 and performance pay of $3,000 approx.

Previously, on March 9, 2023, the Governing Board approved 2023-2024 salary increases for occupational/physical therapists, speech pathologists and psychologists. Occupational/physical therapist salaries start at $71,000. Speech pathologist salaries begin at $71,000. Additionally, the starting salary for psychologists is $75,000.
