Site Councils function as school-based leadership groups. They are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that individuals who are affected by the outcome of a decision at the school site have an opportunity to provide input into the decision-making process as mandated by Arizona Revised Statute 15-351.
Maryland Site Council Meetings are open to the public and are authorized and consistent with A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.02. Notices are posted as required. Comments from visitors are welcome and can be shared during the public participation portion of the agenda. The Maryland Site Council meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the library.
