Way to go, 2024-2025 perfect score students!

 

During the Aug. 14 Governing Board meeting, students with perfect scores on two or more portions of the 2024-2025 Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment (AASA), as well as the 2024-2025 Arizona's Science Test (AzSCI), were recognized and received a special canvas in honor of their outstanding achievements!

 

Congratulations to James D., fifth grade student and Parker O., sixth grade student at Lookout Mountain Elementary and Bennett C., eighth grade student at Royal Palm Middle School on earning perfect scores on the English Language Arts and Math portions of the AASA! Amazing job to Xander G., former student at Mountain Sky Junior High on receiving perfect scores on the Math portion of the AASA and the AzSCI assessment!

 

Additionally, we want to give a special shout-out to Samuel H., sixth grade student at Acacia Elementary School for earning perfect scores on all THREE state assessments - the English Language Arts and Math portions of the AASA, as well as the AzSCI! This is an incredible accomplishment and, after checking the data from prior years, it is believed to be a first in the WESD!
