Along with four other WESD teachers, Ms. Melissa Griffin was awarded the Arizona Diamondbacks Most Valuable Teacher (MVT) in STEM grant!

This program, inspired by Honeywell, celebrates outstanding STEM educators and acknowledges their commitment to providing students with the foundation to STEM careers. Each teacher had the opportunity to participate in on-field recognition and received a grant for $1,000!
