Requirements to Register

Children must be 5 years old before September 1 to register for kindergarten.
Children must be 6 years old before September 1 to register for first grade.

Parents should remember to bring with them:

• Proof of child's identity (see Student's Proof of Identity Requirements)
• Immunization records (see Immunization Requirements)
• Proof of Arizona Residence (see Proof of Arizona Residency Requirements)
• Legal custody papers, if applicable

• Photo ID
