Returning?  - If you have not activated your ParentVUE account, you can do so here.

• Request Account Activation requires information about you and your previously registered child.
• Activate Account requires a ParentVUE Activation Key letter which can be obtained at your child's school office after presenting your ID.

Parents should have an electronic copy of:

• The child's Proof of identity (see Student's Proof of Identity Requirements)
• The child's vaccination records (see Immunization Requirements)
• Proof of Arizona Residence (see Proof of Arizona Residency Requirements)
• Legal custody papers, if applicable
• His/her Photo ID
• The child's prior school records, if applicable (Report Card and/or Withdrawal form)
• The child's IEP*, if applicable
