KidSpace Fees Schedule

Please note: all fees for the 2026-2027 school year are subject to change at any time.

COSTS & FEES

• Registration fee plus first contracted week or first contracted month for ECE, will be processed when the contract is approved. Upon approval your provided payment method will be immediately charged all required fees. Payments using a debit card or ACH checking is free. Payment using a credit card will charge 2.99% + $.39 processing fee. KidSpace only accepts online payments (no cash, money orders or checks). Contract approval could take up to 5 business days. Funds must be available to complete registration.
• All Registration Fees plus first week’s tuition are NON-REFUNDABLE 
• Multi-child (older siblings)/WESD Employee Discount Rates are available.
• No credits for unused days (ex. sick, child suspension, etc.)
• No schedule changes allowed or credits given once account has been invoiced
• AM/PM accounts are invoiced one week in advance
• ECE accounts are invoiced one month in advance
• Account balance must be paid in full by Friday to avoid $10 late payment fee
• Payment for contracted week is due by Friday the week before attendance
• Payment for ECE monthly tuition is due no later than the first Friday of each month
• $3/minute per child will be charged for late pick up starting at 6:01pm
• $25 Nonsufficient Funds (NSF) Fee charged for all returned transactions
• All accounts are invoiced on Monday for the following week. No schedule changes, credits or refunds after your account is invoiced. 

***Note that all rates are a flat weekly fee (AM/PM)  or monthly (ECE) and that there is no credit given for holidays, school closure days, short weeks or months (Fall, Winter and Spring Break will need a separate online registration)***
