Governing Board Goals

The Board approved the following goals for the 2025-2026 school year on Aug. 28, 2025.

Goal # 1 

• The percent of students demonstrating proficiency in Arizona State Standardized Assessment in Math will increase by 3% overall from 26% in Spring of 2025 to 29% Spring of 2026.

Goal # 2 

• The percent of students demonstrating proficiency in Arizona State Standardized Assessment in English Language Arts (ELA) will increase by 2% overall from 30% in Spring of 2025 to 32% Spring of 2026.

Goal # 3

• The superintendent shall not reduce the time, resources, or opportunities allocated to specials (e.g., Music, Art, PE) or recess to achieve academic goals.

Goal # 4

• The superintendent shall not allow teacher attrition to increase without addressing underlying issues.
