Wellness Basics 

Regular exercise and a healthy diet should be a part of everyone's life. The U.S. Surgeon General's Report on Physical Activity and Health urges all Americans to get regular exercise. It recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week.   

Starting a Fitness Program

We’re excited to remind you that WellStyles, our personalized wellness program, is officially up and running for the 2025 plan year (July 1 – June 30)!

Whether you’re on the HDHP (eligible for up to a $200 HSA contribution) or PPO plan (earn up to a $200 gift card), participating in WellStyles is a great way to focus on your well-being—and get rewarded for it!

👉 Here’s how to get started:

  1. Sign up online:
    www.join.personifyhealth.com/wellstyles
    (If using the mobile app, be sure to enter the Sponsor Name: WellStyles)
  2. Download the Personify Health app
    – Track points, view activities, and join challenges anytime, anywhere.
  3. Start earning points by:
    • Completing Daily Cards (20 pts each)
    • Tracking Healthy Habits (10 pts each)
    • Walking 7,000+ steps daily
    • Participating in monthly challenges, step goals, and wellness events
    • Completing your Health Assessmentpreventative exams, and more!

Check the Rewards page in the platform to explore all point-earning options, redeem vouchers from events, and view your progress under “My Earnings.”
