Sample Letters

In order to assist staff members who contact potential contributors and tax credit donors, as well as staff who send written thank yous, Communication Services has developed sample letters for your convenience. Such letters should be sent on the official school letterhead. It’s always a good idea to ask another person (second set of eyes) to review a letter before signing and sending.
