About Our School

All schools in the Washington Elementary School District are committed to achieving excellence for every child, every day, every opportunity.

Sunnyslope School is located in the heart of the Sunnyslope community. The school provides children an educational program that builds the necessary foundational skills for lifelong learning. The educational program focuses on the development of the whole child and is designed to give equal emphasis to the intellectual, physical, social, emotional, linguistic and artistic growth of children. Sunnyslope School's curriculum is fully aligned with State Standards. Sunnyslope School provides art, music and PE for all grade levels.

Junior High & High School
Sunnyslope students attend Sunnyslope School through eighth grade and then Sunnyslope High School.
Site Council Membership
Council CompositionSite Councils function as school-based leadership groups. They are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that individuals who are affected by the outcome of a decision at the school site have an opportunity to provide input into the decision-making process as mandated by Arizona Revised Statute 15-351.
