Mountain View students attend Mountain View through eighth grade and then attend either Thunderbird or Sunnyslope High Schools.
Site Council Membership
Council CompositionSite Councils function as school-based leadership groups. They are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that individuals who are affected by the outcome of a decision at the school site have an opportunity to provide input into the decision-making process as mandated by Arizona Revised Statute 15-351.


Meeting DatesThe Mountain View Site Council meets at 3 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month.
Announcements

Coffee with the Principal is held on the first Thursday of each month in our school cafeteria.   This begins at 8:00 a.m.   If you want to know about what is going on in your child's school, or you need information or have concerns about the school, please come and visit with the principals and other parents.

Mountain View Saturday School is in session every Saturday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.   If your child needs additional help at school, please call Mary Brontsema at 602-347-4112 and register your child for Saturday School. (Students second through eighth grade only).

Mountain View School office takes registrations every morning.  If you live in the Mountain View attendance area and wish to register, please bring a proof of residence, up to date shot records and the original birth certificate with you when you come to register.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SCHOOL IS NOT OPEN FOR STUDENTS UNTIL 7:15 A.M.  WE HAVE NO ADULT SUPERVISION OR HEALTH SERVICE STAFF ON CAMPUS PRIOR TO THAT TIME.  WE HAVE HAD STUDENTS ON CAMPUS AS EARLY AS 6:30 A.M. PLEASE, FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD, DO NOT LET THEM ARRIVE AT SCHOOL PRIOR TO 7:15 A.M.
